Dr. Marinela Dilo is a dedicated general dentist with more than 15 years of experience in dentistry and a deep commitment to excellence in patient care. Originally born and raised in Albania, Dr. Dilo has made the Chicago area her home for the past 13 years.

Her dental journey began in Tirana, Albania, where she earned her Master’s degree in Stomatology and practiced general dentistry for several years. She later moved to the United States and continued her education at the University of Illinois Chicago College of Dentistry, completing the Advanced Standing Program and earning her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree.

Throughout her career, Dr. Dilo has developed a comprehensive approach to dentistry that combines clinical expertise with a strong emphasis on individualized, compassionate care. She believes that oral health is an integral part of overall well-being and strives to provide treatment that not only addresses her patients’ immediate dental needs but also supports their long-term health and confidence.

Dr. Dilo has also had the privilege of serving as a clinical educator at the University of Illinois Chicago College of Dentistry, where she taught fixed prosthodontics and periodontics. Her experience in both clinical practice and education has strengthened her commitment to maintaining the highest standards of dentistry while continually expanding her knowledge and skills.

Fluent in Albanian and Spanish, Dr. Dilo enjoys connecting with patients from diverse backgrounds and creating an environment where they feel heard, respected, and comfortable. Outside of dentistry, Dr. Dilo treasures time with her family and her young daughter. She enjoys painting, hiking, traveling, and discovering new places and experiences with her family.
